SECTION 7 - SHIPPING FEES-PROCEDURES

7.1 WITHIN ITALY

Shipping via BRT SRL or POSTE ITALIANE SPA:

- purchasing PRODUCTS for a total of € 60,00: € 4,90 IVA included;

- purchasing PRODUCTS for a total above € 60,00: free shipping;

- please provide your telephone number when purchasing in order to facilitate the shipping process; 

7.2 WITHIN EUROPE

- purchasing PRODUCTS for a total of €100,00 : € 8,90;

- purchasing PRODUCTS for a total above € 100,00: free shipping;

We ship via BRT SRL to grant an efficient service and fast deliveries. It usually takes 2-3 business day from the shipping date.

7.3 OUTSIDE EUROPE

purchasing PRODUCTS for a total of €100,00 : € 8,90;

purchasing PRODUCTS for a total above € 100,00: free shipping;

After registration or entering the shipping address on the website, our system will automatically show you the net prices. 

Custom fees expected in your COUNTRY will be collected by BRT SRL when delivering your order.

CLIENTS located outside Europe can buy without IVA being applied at the item's price.

SECTION 8 - TRADITIONAL ORDERS

8.1 CLIENTS who prefer not to use VIRTUAL SHOPPING CARTS when purchasing can send a fax to 0432-690565 or an e-mail to the address: shop@errepiudine.com

SECTION 9 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

9.1 As required by law, CLIENTS have the right of withdrawal from purchasing without any fees and without having to provide a reason, within a deadline set by the VENDOR to be 15 days (compared with the 10 days of the law), starting from the products delivery date.

This procedure is named MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE.

9.2 If CLIENTS are interested in excercising the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL,  under their profile tab "My orders", they can CREATE an informatic procedure named RETURN. Purchased goods need to be sent back to the VENDOR's address. In respect of the law, SHIPPING FEES related to product restitution are borne by CLIENT. PRODUCTS have to return intact, inside their original package, in all its parts, packaging material and documentations included. In the occurrence of the stated above, the VENDOR will refund the amount spent on the PRODUCTS sent back within 20 days.

9.3 If the products received are not the ones ordered or are flawed, the CLIENT has to immediatly inform, as required by art. 132 CODICE DEL CONSUMO, via e-mail our client-service department ERREPI UDINE GROUP SRL within 2 months. Successively, the CLIENT will create a RETURN procedure on our website, specifying if a PRODUCT replacement is preferred to a REFUND. The VENDOR will contact the COURIER that will collect the goods. The VENDOR will test itself if the product is flawed and then proceed with a substitution or refund.

SECTION 10 - REFUNDS

10.1 If a refund is due, CLIENTS have to submit every INFORMATION needed to perform a BANK TRANSFER in their favor. 

SECTION 11 - PRODUCT WARRANTY

11.1 Each and every PRODUCT hosted on our WEBSITE benefit of a warranty, indicated on the specifications tab; furthermore, as required by law, there is a warranty lasting 24 months that protects from flawed items.

11.2 In order to be granted a warranty, CLIENTS need to store the invoice of the order, printable from their online account.

SECTION 11 - DELIVERY PROCEDURE

12.1 Purchased GOODS will be shipped to and delivered by an EXPRESS COURIER at the address specified by the CLIENT when finalizing the ORDER.

12.2 For each ORDER completed on the WEBSITE, the VENDOR will produce a document for the PRODUCTS shipped, available and printable via CLIENTS online account after finalizing the purchase. When filling the document, the DATA provided by the CLIENT when purchasing will be used. As the document is produced, no modification can occur to it.
